August 2022 Club Run

Less than a handful of members braved the August club run on a loop from Hawridge through Wendover and Aston Clinton then back via Aldbury. But numbers returned to normal for lunch at the Chiltern Velo cafe, all eager to partake in the coffee and bacon rolls.



July 2022 Club Run

We were fortunate that our second club run of the year was the day after temperatues had soared to near 40deg for two days, a high of 26deg on the ride seemed relatively cool. Starting in Codicote, taking some quiet lanes out to Great Offley and returning via Lilly Bottom. Not too hilly until the last steep climb up from Knebworth on the way to a welcome stop for coffee at SpokesCycles cafe.



May 2021 Club Run

Our first club run since September 2019 was enjoyed on a cool bright day with mainly dry roads and no sign of the possible rain showers. Starting from the Musette Cafe in Aldbury, photo opposite, we headed out to Cublington via Wing and then looped back through Wingrave and Long Marston.



Harp 80th Anniversary

In recognition of the 80th annivesary two editions of 'The Link' have been reproduced and can be found on the website under 'Harp RC History'.

'The Link' is the forerunner to the 'Half Link' and was a joint publication between the Harp and the London NW Section of the NCU.


Club Colours

The Harp Road Club has returned to their original yellow and green colours for the club jerseys, with the addition of the clubs name in white lettering across the chest and the Harp badge on the shoulders.
